Estimates and quotes

Any price we discuss over the phone or through the contact form before we see the vehicle is a rough estimate, not a binding quote. Firm pricing follows an in-person inspection. We will tell you what the work costs and get your okay before we start.

Towing

Towing availability and arrival times depend on driver location, weather, road conditions, and current call volume. Any arrival window we give you is a best estimate, not a guarantee. If there is a delay, call us at (574) 269-4331 and we will give you an updated time.

Payment

Payment terms are set at the time of service. We accept payment as agreed in your invoice or work order. A fee may apply for returned checks or failed electronic payments.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim tied to services we perform is limited to the amount you paid us for those services. We are not responsible for pre-existing mechanical conditions, damage caused by third parties, or issues that arise outside the work we performed.
